The location, i suppose, was adequate. It's near kensington garden.
I booked it because of a special offer of a complimentary night that didn't exist when i went to settle the bill. the rooms showed obvious signs of wear. i have to say. It barely reminded me of a hotel of any stature, let alone worth the price.

The service was amazing. Federica at reception was especially helpful. I appreciated how everyone looked after us in all the facilities. Breakfast was nice (I loved the pastries).
The hotel seemed a bit shabby. The whole floor lacked working air conditioning , so we moved to another room. The breakfast area was run-down. The interior felt dated with dark wood.

the reception staff were very professional and so hospitable. they were really accommodating when i made several requests. the breakfast buffet was really good with many options. i found pastries, salmon, and three types of cheeses there.
the air conditioning did not work as well, it was a little uncomfortably warm.

the location is certainly convenient near the park. i found the staff quite friendly and helpful . the room i occupied was a beautiful room, it was a good size and met my basic expectations.
the lighting in the bathroom wasn't great for practical tasks. the air conditioning on my floor was not working initially, then i needed to move to another room. the breakfast area felt a little run down.
